With the U.S. Supreme Court's historic term ending yesterday, it is an appropriate to take a look back at the many interesting and notable cases decided by the Supreme Court over the past year. Leading this discussion of the past Supreme Court decisions will be James Ho, an expert in appellate and Supreme Court practice. Mr. Ho currently is a partner in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, focusing on appellate, business, and constitutional litigation. He has previously served as the Solicitor General of Texas (the State's chief appellate and Supreme Court litigator), as a law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas, as Chief Counsel to Senator John Cornyn and to the Senate Judiciary Subcommittees on the Constitution and Immigration, and as an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.
