(religious liberty; RFRA) and Cline v. Oklahoma Coalition for Reproductive Justice (Oklahoma abortion case).
Professor Halabi will discuss NLRB v. Noel Canning (recess appointment power); McCullen v. Coakley (free speech restrictions near abortion clinics); Riley v. California and United States v. Wurie (both cell phone searches under Fourth Amendment).
