Professor Machan will discuss Cass Sunstein's idea of individual rights.
Cass Sunstein is President Obama’s Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Before joining the government, he was a tenured professor at the University of Chicago, where he taught for 27 years, including during Pres. Obama’s period as a lecturer.
