While serving in the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice, Ms. Brand was actively involved in evaluating potential federal judicial nominees. Ms. Brand has also served as Associate Counsel to the President and as a Law Clerk to Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.
