John Fund is a columnist at the National Review. He has written for the last decade in The Wall Street Journal, the New Republic and other publications. He will discuss his latest book Who's Counting?: How Fraudsters and Bureaucrats Put Your Vote at Risk. Mr. Fund will discuss his views that there are many problems of our election system, ranging from voter fraud to a slipshod system of vote counting.

Tim Burke will present a competing view on election integrity. Mr. Burke chairs the Hamilton County Board of Elections. He has been on the Board of Elections and chaired the Hamilton County Democratic Party since 1993. Mr. Burke has a wealth of experience running elections in this highly important county. He also has been involved in some of the most important litigation that have shaped election law in Ohio.
