The Administrative Conference, together with The Federalist Society, the American Bar Association's Criminal Justice and Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Sections, and the American Constitution Society, is hosting a workshop entitled "Criminal Law and the Administrative State: Defining and Enforcing Regulatory Crimes". ACUS hopes to use the workshop to identify subjects appropriate for future Administrative Conference research and recommendations. We hope that you can join us and are pleased that Continuing Legal Education credit in several jurisdictions will be offered without charge to attendees.
