The American Bar Association Commission on Ethics 20/20 proposed changes in the ethics rules to deal with issues raised in the practice of law in recent years by technological changes and increasing globalization.  The ABA has since adopted the Commission’s proposals in its model rules.  Our program will provide extensive analysis of the changes by two ethics experts.  Our experts will also answer attendee questions.

Featuring:

  • Prof. Ronald D. Rotunda, The Doy & Dee Henley Chair and Distinguished Professor of Jurisprudence, Chapman University School of Law
