Professor Sander will speak about the Fisher case, and its ramifications on affirmative action in America today. Professor Sander filed an amici brief in the Fisher case, which can be viewed here, and also has written a book on affirmative action titled, "Mismatch: How Affirmative Action Hurts Students It's Intended to Help, and Why Universities Won't Admit It." The book was released on October 9, and will be available for purchase at the event.
