It has been four years since the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark decision in D.C. v. Heller in which the Court ruled that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm at least in federal enclaves. Two year later in McDonald v. Our experts will provide a litigation update on gun rights.
