John Logie founded the Health Law Practice Group for Warner Norcross & Judd and chaired it until becoming Mayor. He continued to litigate cases for firm clients while serving as the Mayor of Grand Rapids from 1991 through 2003. In particular, he represents property own-ers in condemnation, and zoning lawsuits, and either fam-ily members or estates in will contests in Probate Courts.

Robert LaBrant is Senior Vice President of Political Affairs and General Counsel for the Michigan Chamber of Com-merce. He administers the Chamber of Commerce's Po-litical Affairs division and is responsible for the Chamber's Political Action Committee. Mr. LaBrant also coordinates the Chamber's legal department and serves as its lobbyist on Campaign Finance and Election Law.
