Ken Klukowski, Director of the Center for Religious Liberty at the Family Research Council, a fellow and senior analyst with the American Civil Rights Union, and legal contributor for Townhall.com

Mr. Klukowski, whose amicus brief was cited in the Florida federal district court judge's decision in favor of the 26 states that have sued the federal government over the constitutionality of the health care reform law, will discuss that rationale for that ruling and the future of the health care reform litigation.
