The goal of this friendly debate is to address the jurisprudential implications of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent Iqbal v. Ashcroft decision interpreting FRCP 8's provisions in a fashion so as to strengthen the 12(b)(6) dismissal powers of the federal judges at the pleading stages of federal lawsuits, along with bringing to light the practical lawyer implications of the decision
