On September 12, 2012, Judge Katherine Forrest of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York blocked the federal indefinite detention statute, calling it facially unconstitutional.  The judge's decision was subsequently stayed by the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.  Is the National Defense Authorization Act unconstitutional?  What is the likely ultimate outcome of this case?  Our experts will discuss these and other aspects of Hedges v. Obama.
