The Federalist Society is co-sponsoring a 30–minute Teleforum call with the National Constitution Center and the American Constitution Society to discuss yesterday’s Supreme Court decision in the Fisher affirmative action case.  Given today’s decision in the Shelby County Voting Rights Act case, it is anticipated that the experts will also address this important second case.  Please join Roger Clegg, President and CEO of the Center for Equal Opportunity, Erwin Chemerinsky, Founding Dean of the University of California, Irvine, School of Law, and Jeffrey Rosen, President and CEO of the National Constitution Center, as they discuss the opinions and their implications.
