Description:

Speakers:

  • Gary Greenburg, Esq., Management-side labor counsel
  • Stephen Lazarus, Esq., Union-side counsel

Do you know what's actually in Senate Bill 5, and what the legal and policy implications will be if it passes? And if it is defeated? Join us in sweeping aside the political rhetoric, and learning what a "yes" or "no" vote on Issue 2 will mean for Ohio, and for you.

Leading the discussion will be two preeminent Ohio labor lawyers:  Mr. Greenburg, a principal at Delinger, Rosenthal & Greenburg, has devoted his career to practicing management-side labor and employment law.  He is a member of The Federalist Society and the Ohio Management Lawyers Association (OMLA), and advises the Ohio Liberty Council and Cincinnati Tea Party on labor issues.  Mr. Lazarus is a principal in the law firm of Hardin, Lazarus & Lewis, LLC.  Mr. Lazarus focuses his practice on the representation of public safety employees and their unions.  Mr. Lazarus has lectured on civil service law, effective arbitration advocacy and negotiation strategy throughout Ohio.
