Please join us for a panel discussion regarding campaign finance restrictions on donating funds to candidates for the position of Texas Speaker of the House. Attorneys currently involved in a lawsuit challenging those restrictions under the First Amendment and an attorney who has supported campaign finance restrictions in Texas will discuss the Speaker's Law and its impact.
