Ilya Shapiro is a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies at the Cato Institute and is the Editor in Chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review. Mr. Shapiro's writing on legal matters has been published extensively in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, National Review Online, Weekly Standard, and Los Angeles Times. He has appeared on CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox News, CNN, Telemundo and Univision to comment on legal issues of the day.

Mr. Ilya Shapiro will address current issues and events surrounding developments in the states' voter identification laws, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, and the Supreme Court's recent decision in Shelby County v. Holder.
