Dr. John Eastman, visiting professor at the University of San Diego Law School

Dr. Eastman is currently a visiting professor at the University of San Diego Law School. He offers legal commentary on C-SPAN, Fox News, PBS, NPR, and other media outlets, and he has a weekly segment on the nationally-syndicated Hugh Hewitt show. Dr. Eastman is the former Dean of Chapman University School of Law and has a PhD in Government from the Claremont Graduate School and a JD from the University of Chicago. Dr. Eastman served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, and he has argued or been involved as amicus curiae in more than 50 cases before the Supreme Court of the United States.
