Is Julian Assange a hero or a criminal? Would it be constitutional to prosecute Mr. Assange under current federal law? Our experts will provide a lively debate on this timely topic. Professor John Kunich is the author of seven books, a Professor of Law for 11 years, and before that served for 20 years as an attorney for the Air Force. Professor Daniel Tokaji is Professor of Law at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and an expert on civil rights and First Amendment law. Please join us from noon until 1:15 p.m. on Friday, February 4, for lunch and an informative discussion. The cost is $20.00 ($5.00 for students).
Federalist Society members and non-members are welcome. RSVP by February 1, 2011 to Maurice Thompson at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pay at the door or in advance by cash or by check (to The Federalist Society, P.O. Box 1434, Columbus, Ohio 43216-1434).
