The Honorable Theodore B. Olson was originally scheduled to deliver the Supreme Court Round Up, but due to an unavoidable conflict that suddenly arose, he will not be able to appear for the first time in a decade. He deeply regrets this. His Supreme Court roundups have always been a high point and we will miss him this year. Fortunately, the Honorable Gregory Garre, former United States Solicitor General, has graciously agreed to deliver the Supreme Court Round Up.
