Adam White

Adam White is a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution, in Washington, D.C. He writes on law and regulation for publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Weekly Standard, National Affairs, Commentary, City Journal, SCOTUSblog, and the blog of the Yale Journal on Regulation. He serves on the Federalist Society’s Administrative Law Section’s Executive Committee, and on the leadership council for the ABA’s Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, where he also co-chairs the Judicial Review Committee and co-directs its Supreme Court Series. He clerked for Judge David B. Sentelle of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Previously, he was counsel to Boyden Gray & Associates, litigating and counseling on constitutional and regulatory issues, and he remains of counsel to the firm on select matters.
