Erin Glenn Busby is an independent appellate specialist in Houston, Texas. She has authored briefs in cases involving a wide range of issues, including federal preemption of state law, class action procedure, patent law, and administrative law. She has a particular interest in constitutional issues faced by schools, and has filed a number of amicus briefs addressing those issues. Ms. Busby has also spoken on the Supreme Court and on class action law.
