Erin Glenn Busby

Erin Glenn Busby is an independent appellate specialist in Houston, Texas. She has authored briefs in cases involving a wide range of issues, including federal preemption of state law, class action procedure, patent law, and administrative law. She has a particular interest in constitutional issues faced by schools, and has filed a number of amicus briefs addressing those issues. Ms. Busby has also spoken on the Supreme Court and on class action law.

Ms. Busby clerked for Associate Justice Stephen Breyer of the Supreme Court of the United States and Judge Michael Boudin of the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She most recently practiced with the firm of Bracewell & Giuliani.
