Marcia G. Madsen is a partner at Mayer Brown LLP, where she chairs the Government Contracts and Disputes practice. She regularly advises clients on and litigates matters concerning a wide range of dovernment contracts issues, including civil False Claims Act proceedings. Her practice encompasses investigations, internal investigations, compliance, suspension and debarment, and disclosures under the Mandatory Disclosure Rule. Ms. Madsen writes and speaks regularly on topics involving the False Claims Act and government contractors and blogs on these topics on the Mayer Brown “Meaningful Discussions” government contracts blog.
