Matthew Lee Wiener is the Executive Director of the Administrative Conference of the United States. He was previously Special Counsel at Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, General Counsel to U.S. Senator Arlen Specter, Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, and a partner at Dechert LLP (formerly Dechert Price & Rhoads). He is also a lecturer in law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and previously was an adjunct professor at the law schools of Rutgers and George Mason universities. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was articles editor of the Stanford Law Review, and his A.B. from William and Mary.
