Michael Francisco

Assistant Solicitor General, Colorado

Michael Francisco is the Assistant Solicitor General for Colorado's Attorney General John Suthers. 

Mr. Francisco previously worked at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons, LLP after completing a year clerking for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich on the Tenth Circuit. Prior to clerking, Mr. Francisco had practiced at Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti in Denver and externed for the late Judge Figa in the U.S. District Court for Colorado.
