Rebecca Haw Allensworth

Professor Rebecca Haw Allensworth teaches Contracts and Antitrust Law at Vanderbilt Law. She studies the theoretical basis of antitrust's rule of reason and its implications for industry and professional self-regulation. Professor Allensworth was a Climenko Fellow at Harvard Law School from 2009 to 2011. Before accepting her Climenko Fellowship, she was a law clerk for Judge Richard A. Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in 2008-09. Professor Haw earned her J.D. at Harvard Law School.
