Robert Driscoll is a partner at Friedlander Misler PLLC. Robert Driscoll's practice focuses on government and internal investigations and matters adverse to the federal government. Mr. Driscoll has represented corporations, governmental entities and individuals not only in judicial proceedings, but in matters investigated by executive branch agencies, including the DOJ, Commerce, HHS, Treasury, State, the SEC, the FDA and the DEA, and legislative branch bodies or committees of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Driscoll has also conducted domestic and international internal investigations for public and private companies.
Mr. Driscoll's experience ranges from export and FCPA matters, to FDA and DEA cases, to privacy and civil rights issues. He has represented clients in matters before the House and Senate Committees, in administrative litigation and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
