Thomas M. Johnson, Jr. is the Deputy Solicitor General of West Virginia. He previously clerked for Judge Jerry Smith on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced appellate litigation and employment law in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
