Tim Cerio began serving as General Counsel to Florida Governer Rick Scott on January 5, 2015. Previously, he practiced law at GrayRobinson.Before joining GrayRobinson, Cerio served as chief of staff and general counsel at the state Department of Health from 2005 to 2007. In 2013, he was appointed by Scott to the judicial nominating commission for the First District Court of Appeal.
Cerio's private practice has focused on health care and health care regulation, government affairs, administrative law and complex litigation in state and federal courts.
