Victoria Dorfman

Ms. Dorfman is a partner at Jones Day. She represents domestic and foreign clients in appellate and Supreme Court litigation, complex commercial litigation, and international arbitration. Ms. Dorfman has argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits and the New York State Appellate Division.  Her areas of experience include jurisdiction and civil procedure, such as forum non conveniens, choice of law, conflicts of law, enforcement of arbitral awards, standing, lois de police in international arbitration, injunctions, and foreign discovery issues; bankruptcy; antitrust and general commercial litigation and related regulatory issues, such as intersection of antitrust and patent law, price-fixing, RICO, FCRA, FAA and SEC litigation, and contract disputes; and constitutional litigation.
