Vincent J. Vitkowsky

Vincent J. Vitkowsky is Chairman of the Federalist Society’s International & National Security Law Practice Group. He developed the Practice Group’s two National Security Symposia on Cybersecurity, as well as its Cybersecurity Teleforum Series. In private practice, he is a partner in the litigation boutique of Seiger Gfeller Laurie LLP. His practice is concentrated in litigation and international commercial arbitration, and in matters at the intersection of insurance, terrorism, and national security, especially cybersecurity. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the American Branch of the International Law Association.
