Mr. McBride has significant trial, appellate and Supreme Court experience in the areas of communications, Internet services, administrative law and constitutional law.  He has experience in general commercial litigation involving a wide range of substantive areas, including copyright, commercial speech, utility deregulation and privacy law.  Mr. McBride has been named by Chambers USA as a “Leading Lawyer” in the areas of telecommunications, broadcast and satellite.
