Asheesh Agarwal focuses his practice on business litigation, government investigations, and appellate work. Prior to joining Ogletree, Asheesh held several senior positions in government, including as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Earlier in his career, Asheesh held senior positions in the Justice Department’s Civil Division and at the Federal Trade Commission. Asheesh started his legal career by clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and then working at Mayor Brown.
