Prof. D. Bruce Johnsen
Professor D. Bruce Johnsen started teaching at the George Mason University School of Law in 1994. Prior to George Mason, Professor Johnsen was a professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he taught courses in the Legal Studies and Finance departments. Before that time, he was a visiting senior research scholar at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and an assistant professor in the Department of Management at Texas A&M University.
