Elizabeth K. DormineyElizabeth K. (Betsy) Dorminey is of counsel with Wimberly, Lawson, Steckel, Schneider & Stine P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia. She concentrates her practice on all types of fair employment litigation at both the trial and appellate levels and is a member of the State Bars of Georgia, Connecticut, and New York.

Ms. Dorminey serves on the Executive Committee of the Labor & Employment Practice Group of the Federalist Society. She is co-author, with J. Larry Stine and Mark A. Waschak, of Occupational Safety and Health Law: Compliance and Practice (West 2008), and of numerous articles and monographs on employment law topics.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1976, Ms. Dorminey received a License ès lettres in 1978 from the Université de Paris before returning to Georgia for her J.D. in 1981. She received an LL.M. in 1984 from Columbia University.
