Elbert Lin

Elbert Lin is a Partner at Wiley Rein, LLP.  He has significant experience before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.  He assists clients with a wide variety of litigation and regulatory matters, with a particular expertise in administrative, appellate and constitutional law.  Prior to joining Wiley Rein as a partner, he was a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ)
