Michael B. Brennan

Michael B. Brennan is a partner in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, litigation firm of Gass Weber Mullins where he tries cases and handles appeals in federal and state courts, primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and product liability defense.

Brennan served as a judge on the Milwaukee County Circuit Court from 2000 until 2008, where he was the presiding judge of the Civil Division of that court.

Brennan obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and graduated from Northwestern University School of Law. He has served as a law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
