Dr. Michael Uhlmann

Professor of American Politics, Claremont Graduate University

Michael M. Uhlmann is professor of American politics at Claremont Graduate University. He is a graduate of Yale College, the University of Virginia Law School, and the Claremont Graduate School (Ph.D., Government). Mr. Uhlmann was for many years a partner with Pepper, Hamilton, & Scheetz in Washington D.C. He served as Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs in the U.S. Department of Justice from 1975-77, and as Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan from 1981-84.
