L. A. County Flood Control District v. Natural Resources Defense Council - Post-Argument SCOTUScast - MP3
Running Time: 00:10:28
On December 4, 2012, the Supreme Court heard oral argument in Los Angeles County Flood Control District v. Natural Resources Defense Council. The question in the case is whether, when someone channels water from one part of a river to another part of the same river (to control flooding), certain limitations prescribed by the Clean Water Act apply.
To discuss the case, we have Damien Schiff, a Principal Attorney for Pacific Legal Foundation.
