On June 25, 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered its decision on the Federal Election Commission v. Wisconsin Right to Life, Inc. case. The case involved a constitutional challenge to the federal prohibition on the use of corporate treasury funds to finance "electioneering communications" under the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act.
