Prof. John S. Baker, Jr.
Dr. John S. Baker is Visiting Professor at Georgetown Law School; a Visiting Fellow at Oriel College, University of Oxford; and Emeritus Professor of Law, LSU Law School. He also teaches short-courses on separation of powers for the Federalist Society with Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
Baker previously worked as a federal court clerk and an assistant district attorney in New Orleans and has served as consultant to the U.S Department of Justice, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Separation of Powers, the White House Office of Planning, USIA and USAID. He was a Fulbright Scholar in the Philippines (2006) and Fulbright Specialist in Chile (2012).
