Prof. Tuan Samahon

Professor of Law, Villanova University School of Law

Tuan Samahon joined the faculty of Villanova University School of Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Professor Samahon teaches and writes in the areas of federal courts and constitutional law. His writings have been published in Stanford Law Review, Hastings Law Journal, Ohio State Law Journal, the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, the University of Chicago Legal Forum, and the Denver University Law Review (forthcoming 2012).

Prior to entering teaching, Professor Samahon clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of Covington & Burling.
