Ronald A. Cass
Mr. Cass was appointed by Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush as Commissioner and Vice-Chairman of the U.S. International Trade Commission. He is the Dean Emeritus of Boston University School of Law, having served as Dean from 1990-2004 and Melville Madison Bigelow Professor of Law from 1995-2004. He is also the Chairman of The Federalist Society’s International Law and National Security Practice Group and Administrative Law Practice Group; and Chairman of the Center for the Rule of Law.Publications
