Robert Levy is a senior fellow of constitutional studies and a member of the board of directors at the Cato Institute, a free-market think tank in Washington D.C. Mr. Levy has written two books: Shakedown: How Corporations, Government, and Trial Lawyers Abuse the Judicial System (2004) and The Dirty Dozen: How Twelve Supreme Court Cases Radically Expanded Government and Eroded Freedom (2008). He has also written several articles on investments, law, and public policy, which have appeared in numerous publications, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and National Review. Mr. Levy is also no stranger to national radio or television, having appeared on ABC's Nightline, CNN's Crossfire, FOX's The O'Reilly Factor, MSNBC's Hardball, and NBC's Today Show.
