Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia and Professor John Baker of Louisiana State University School of Law will teach a ten-hour CLE course on the courts, standing, the non- delegation doctrine, and appointments and removal, as they relate to the separation of powers. This course is offered exclusively to Federalist Society members and is a rare opportunity to spend time, both socially and intellectually, with one of the most significant leading jurists in the modern age.
Course registration includes CLE materials, CLE credits, classroom fees, two receptions and two continental breakfasts.

Registrants must secure hotel rooms no later than August 15, 2007 in order to ensure availability of discounted room rate of $195 per night.
Rental cars are available at the Denver and Vail airports or shuttle transportation can be arranged through Colorado Mountain Express at 800-525-6363.
Registration is only open to current dues-paying
members of the Federalist Society.

You will be removed from the attendee list within a week of registering if we cannot confirm that you are a current dues-paying member in good standing.
When registering, you may be given the opportunity to pay online immediately with a credit card or pay later at some other point in time. Please be aware that we require a full payment within a week of registering for this event. If we do not receive any kind of payment from you within a week of registering and you have not made any arrangments with us to settle your account within that time, we will remove you from the attendee list. Also, upon full payment for your registration, $200 will act as a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If you cancel your registration by August 8, 2007, the remainder of your registration fee will be refunded. After August 8, 2007, no refunds will be issued.

$325 - Government, Non-Profit, Faculty members
$275 - Student members
Registration fee includes CLE materials, course taught by Justice Scalia and Prof. Baker, two continental breakfasts & two evening receptions. Registrants will receive the CLE materials in advance which are expected to be read before the course.
