Joshua Skinner is Of Counsel at Fanning Harper Martinson Brandt & Kutchin, P.C. and an adjunct instructor for the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas. Joshua is an experienced trial and appellate attorney whose practice has focused on school and employment litigation, local government defense, and appellate advocacy. He has also served as assistant general counsel and employment law counsel to various public and private entities, and has served as counsel on a wide variety of civil rights and employment cases and appeals.
Joshua received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Dallas and his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law. He has been listed on the Texas Rising Stars list by Texas Monthly magazine and is a frequent speaker on civil rights and employment law issues.
Joshua is licensed in all Texas state courts, all United States District Courts in Texas, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Fifth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
